Precision Optical currently has eight (8) thin film coating chambers.  We have bell jar type thermal evaporators, e-beam box coaters, three (3) Tecport e-beam evaporators and one (1) IBS coater.  Our chamber sizes range from 600mm to 1200mm.  Combined with multiple, and interchangeable planetary carousels, Precision Optical is currently capable of coating substrates as small as 3mm (dia), and as large as 480mm (dia).  Soon, we anticipate being able to coat up to 660mm in diameter in-house.
